DESCRIPTION

MELLOW MOLE is a chenille yarn with round shape made from very fine 19.5 micron Australian Merino wool. By using 2/72 of high-quality and shrink-resistant wool, it is very soft with amazingly lightness.
The customer own color is available with minimum 4 kg (owing to that it need 3kg to make the fur part).

【PRECAUTIONS OF CHENILLE】

①Rewinding is not recommended
Rewinding may affect the direction of fluff. By using the rewinding yarn, the knitting color may be uneven in garment.

②About tying
Please cut the fluff from the core ends then tie the two core ends together. (The knot may be loose and make holes in garment without getting rid of the fluff. )

③Knitting with 2 or more thread guides is recommended
Since the length of the fluff may be slightly uneven, it may lead to uneven color in garment. Please Knit with 2 or more thread guides when planning a plain stitches knitted fabric.

④Preventing from shedding
Please tight the tension when knitting and thoroughly steam the knitted fabric since the chenille fluff may shed and become disorderly. (Please do not knit the fabric with tension loosen than the the sample in the book. )

⑤About the cutting edge
We use a material called Elder for sticking in the core to prevent the fluff from shedding. When cutting the garment, please use bias tape or bias binding when cutting the edges so that your skin is protected and doesn't get irritated. Irritation of the skin will occur if you come into direct contact with the Elder.

⑥About the abrasion
The fluff of chenille yarn is stuck together, so that it may shed by excessive abrasion. Please design the product carefully especially the parts which may potentially cause excessive abrasion.
