DESCRIPTION

REVERSE SLUB OGCO is a special slub yarn made from organic cotton. Unlike regular cotton slub yarns, it has a unique yarn structure, with longer slub sections and less base yarn, giving it a delicate transparency and natural feel. The abundance of lightly twisted slub sections results in lightweight and soft textures.

【Denim-like Color】
Colors: c/# 40, 41, 43, 45
These four colors utilize the Ring Dyeing technique, a dyeing method traditionally used for woven denim fabrics. In this process, the core of the yarn remains undyed, creating a distinctive "ring-like" dye pattern.
To mimic the denim look, indigo yarns are typically dyed with pigments that are easily washed out and highly reactive to bleach, resulting in low colorfastness—unsuitable for knitting purposes. Instead of indigo, the REVERSE SLUB series uses regular cotton dyes for the Ring dyeing process. With this method, this quality achieves the indigo impression with enhanced colorfastness and color vibrance.

【Cautions】
① c/# 40・41・43・45 Due to the Ring Dyeing technique, may exhibit cotton flatness. While the extent varies with the knitting structure, we recommend pressing the reverse side of the fabric with an iron to adjust fiber orientation and reduce flatness.

②These colors undergo special treatment and may display different knitted textures compared to solid colors.

③The Ring Dyeing technique may result in slight color inconsistencies. To mitigate this, consider knitting in alternate courses or using 2-ply yarns. These characteristics are inherent to the yarn and cannot be entirely eliminated.
