LICO is a twist of Japanese paper and a blend of cotton-silk.Paper is cut into thin strands and spun with cotton, it has a slightly flat yarn structure.Due to the yarn structure, when knitted there is less contact with the skin which opens up an excellent cooling surface. In addition, LICO has a rich silk shine.
【Caution when knitting with paper】
Japanese paper material has low elasticity. For knitted structures that require more strain, (cables with large cross section, extreme tight or loose tension, sudden decrease in fully fashioning) may lead to yarn breakage or damage.
Please take into consideration this quality when designing. To maintain a stable tension and stable cone positioning, using a thread net will prevent yarn slip on the cone.
